high-caliber projects, ranging from IT parks and industrial hubs to commercial spaces and luxury residences. Guided by a vision for innovation and excellence, his leadership extends beyond business, with a strong focus on philanthropy and making a meaningful impact in the community.
He has been honored with prestigious accolades, including an Honorary Doctorate from the Government of Sri Lanka, the Dr. Abdul Kalam Award (2016), a Doctor of Letters from King’s University and the Bharat Gaurav Award presented at the British Parliament, London.

Veera N Oruganti
Chief Business Officer
As CBO, Veera focuses on scaling CKPC Properties, transforming its business model, and developing new revenue streams. A Tata Administrative Service (TAS) alumnus, he has worked with senior leaders at the Tata Group, including the Chairman’s office. In his last role, Veera led the supply chain transformation and was recognized as an Under 40 Supply Chain Super Achiever in 2021. Veera is passionate about building strategic partnerships for future growth.

Strategic growth & market Leadership
Signed a 2.5 Lakh SFT BTS hospital for Manipal and leased 7 lakh SFT office space to BOSCH.

Reinforcing market dominance
Launched construction of 7 Lakh SFT office space – Tower 5A in 360° Business Park and 2.5 Lakh SFT office space – Brickell Tower on Outer Ring Road.
2025 and beyond
Scaling new heights
Signed a deal for 1 million SFT commercial development in North Bangalore and set to launch 3 million SFT of Grade A+ office space in the ORR corridor.
